Building Stronger Leaders Through People Management Skills
Oki Doki recently conducted a two-day Leadership Development Programme for its people leaders, facilitated by Mrs. Nilangani De Silva. The programme focused on strengthening practical leadership and people-management capabilities that can be applied directly in day-to-day workplace situations.
Key areas covered included leadership mindset, emotional intelligence, active listening, coaching, constructive feedback, team alignment, agility, and personal action planning. The programme gave participants the opportunity to reflect on how they lead themselves, support others, and guide teams more effectively while turning learning into meaningful workplace action.
